CARROLLTON, Ga. — The fourth-annual Pro Tool Innovation Awards have been announced, and among those selected are products from Southwire’s line of tools and equipment.
Started in 2013 by Pro Tool Reviews, the goal of the Pro Tool Innovation Awards is to recognize the year’s most innovative tools and accessories. Per its website, the program extends an award to those which provide excellent value, advanced features and the newest innovations. Those selected for the honor must stand out in the teeming market of power tools, hand tools, accessories and fasteners.
“When manufacturers build tools and accessories that break the mold, they deserve recognition. Professional consumers need to know which tools are a cut-above and which tools are breaking new ground,” said Clint DeBoer, executive director of the Pro Tool Innovation Awards. “These are the tools that should really be in every tradesman’s toolbox. They can save you time, money, and even make the job easier or more ergonomic.”
A panel of judges made up of tool professionals from across the United States weighed in on entries from top global manufacturers, and Southwire Tools & Equipment received awards for the following products: SIMpull™ Non Conductive Fish Tapes, 40150N Advanced Dual Range Non-contact Voltage Detector, ACLHS Adjustable Can Light Hole Saw, MPSCP 6-IN-1 Multi-Purpose Side Cutting Plier and the CT50 Heavy Duty Cable Tie 50lb.
“We are honored to have been presented with five Pro Tool Innovation Awards,” said John Payne, product director for Southwire Tools and Equipment. “We strive for success through improvement and innovation in our tools. These tools reset the bar in performance and value for electricians.”
