KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Milbank Manufacturing has launched a new website, complete with updated product search capabilities, fresh content, and important customer resources.
Milbank has worked over the past two years to update technology both on the manufacturing floor and in the office. Internal updates include streamlining customer requests, implementing a Product Information Management system and most recently, launching a new website.
Of the many updated features, the two most significant are:
- Search: Using the new faceted product search, visitors can find specs, compare several products at once and even email a link to a product detail page. To begin searching through over 4,000 Milbank products, enter a keyword or part number in the search bar on the home page, or click on the Products page and filter information with no keyword necessary.
- Fresh content: Fresh blog posts, product spotlights and videos were added to enhance the new site. The home page includes links to case studies, featured products, and the events page as well as access to the newsroom for new blog posts and company updates.
Chris Buelow, Vice President Sales and Marketing is very pleased with the new site. “Milbank is an industry leader, constantly identifying ways to serve our customers more effectively. We knew our website needed updating so we took this opportunity to overhaul the look, feel and functionality,” said Buelow. “The redesign has enhanced the ease of doing business with Milbank.”
“Distributors would tell me how difficult it was to find the specifications they needed on the old Milbank website,” said Katherine Ferrari, inside sales associate for Bell & McCoy Louisiana. “The new site is so user-friendly. I appreciate the options to print and email spec sheets, and see different product images – I’m totally impressed!”
