CLEVELAND, Ohio — The GRA Group announces the passing of President, John Rich. Following is a statement released by the group.
In 1974, John was hired by Green, Gang & Thibo, the original company name. He quickly rose to Junior Partner in 1978. As John advanced in the firm and in the industry, the firm’s name was changed to Green, Rich & Associates. In 2009, the enterprise became known as The GRA Group.
John developed innovative incentive programs that stimulated our clients’ customers and sales teams to drive incremental profits through direct promotional and incentive marketing initiatives. John always focused on enhancing the relationship between the customer and the sales team.
John was loved by the people he worked with; clients, employees, and vendors. He had a way of making everyone he worked with important to the success of the program in which they were involved. John is survived by his wife Linda, their daughter Dana, his brother, three sisters, and a host of nieces and nephews.
