WASHINGTON — Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) announced that Tina Dolph, 49, has been appointed its president and CEO, effective Oct. 1, 2018. Dolph joins SGT from CRDF Global, where she most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer. An accomplished executive leader with more than two decades of government-industry experience, Dolph has held wide-ranging operational and functional roles at leading federal contractors including Lockheed Martin, PAE and ASRC Federal.
“Tina has an impressive background with a diverse portfolio of operational experience in the government contracting community,” said Anne Altman, SGT board of directors’ chairman, and long-time IBM federal business leader and senior executive. “Tina’s depth of understanding in government finance, strategy and operations aligns perfectly to SGT’s continued growth as Siemens’ leading federal integrator, solving government customers’ greatest challenges in integrated electric power, energy resiliency and efficiency, digitalization, automation and infrastructure modernization endeavors.”
Dolph began her career with Lockheed Martin. She was instrumental in Lockheed Martin’s integration with and subsequent divestiture of PAE, Inc., where she served in executive leadership positions culminating as Executive Vice President, Company Operations for a $2 billion enterprise. During her tenure at PAE, she also served as COO, and, she had full profit and loss responsibility for a $600 million business unit with 3,000 employees serving the Departments of State and Defense, the United Nations, and commercial clients. Tina has also held executive roles with ASRC Federal and was Executive Vice President and General Manager of FCi Federal.
