Two years ago, NAED’s Independent Data Insights Advisor Mark McGready talked on the “DistributED with tED magazine” podcast about something we called “Project 2030” which was geared toward the distributor of the future and what distribution would look like in 10 years.
Two weeks after that podcast, the global pandemic changed that strategy completely.
But, now is the time to re-visit that strategy to meet new customer needs and to keep the entire supply chain moving toward the future with digitization and new technologies.
McGready rejoined the podcast to talk about what it will take to get moving again toward the next generation of distribution.
