LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. – Intermatic Incorporated announced its acquisition of Aquapro Systems, LLC., a leading manufacturer of pool and spa equipment. The investment expands the existing Intermatic pool and spa catalog with a range of essential pool solutions, including pumps, filters, heat pumps, air blowers, and more.

Aquapro’s extensive product line includes reliable, energy-efficient equipment for inground, above-ground, and soft-sided pools. This complements core Intermatic pool and spa solutions, which focus on timer controls, surge protection, transformers, and electrical control panels.

As part of the acquisition, formerly Aquapro-branded products will transition to the Intermatic brand. Product warranty support and related customer service will also be integrating into Intermatic operations.
