ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Pompeo Group has reached an exciting milestone as the company celebrates twenty years of delivering superior executive search services to lighting and electrical manufacturers, design firms and distributors.
“When I started Pompeo Group in 2003, I recognized the need for a higher level of executive recruitment in lighting and electrical with an ongoing commitment to confidentiality, strong ethical standards and excellence of service coupled with strong loyalty to both clients and candidates”, said Paul Pompeo, President of Pompeo Group. “I believe that keeping these founding values as our top priority is what has enabled our company to remain strong, viable and growing.”
Mary Lindenmuth, Pompeo Group Recruiting Director, added, “No one could have predicted the events that have taken place in hiring and the employment market over the past 20 years including the ‘great resignation,’ the gig economy, and the shift to remote work. As we have worked with our client companies and candidates to navigate these changes, it’s been an incredible journey for Pompeo Group.”
Joan Sberro, Recruiting & Operations Manager, said, “Increasing our services to include providing consultants and contract employees, partnering with a mergers & acquisitions firm to assist companies looking to grow through acquisition, as well as company owners wishing to plan an exit strategy or take some chips off the table, will continue to enable us to meet the changing and varied needs of our client companies. We’re very much looking forward to our next 20 years.”
“We’re very proud of reaching this milestone. Rather than throw a party or pop champagne to celebrate our 20th anniversary, we want to express our gratitude by giving back,” stated Paul. Over the years, Pompeo Group has conducted a series of in-person ‘Re-Entering the Workforce’ workshops with various organizations such as the San Diego Rescue Mission, Steelbridge, Generate Hope and The Barrett Foundation. To commemorate their 20-year anniversary, Pompeo Group will be continuing their commitment to giving back by offering a series of workshops through the summer and fall, kicked off on June 12 at the Dream Center in Los Angeles.
Pompeo added, “Utilizing technology we can reach so many more in need of assistance, and we’d like our lighting and electrical colleagues across the nation to identify organizations in their community where we can help.” To recommend a deserving organization in your community, please click here.
