Vantage Electrical Group recently hired Shawn Blair as the new President and CEO of the company.
Blair brings 17 years of experience in the industrial and electrical manufacturing industry. Most recently, he served as the Executive Lead, U.S. Service Partner Organization at Schneider Electric. Prior to this role, he served as the Vice President, East Region for U.S. National Sales for 6 years, after joining Schneider Electric in 2014 as Vice President, Global Strategic Accounts. Prior to Schneider Electric, Blair held national sales leadership positions at Belden Inc. and started his industry career with Rockwell Automation where he held various sales, channel, and sales management roles over his 10 years there. He earned his B.S., Systems Engineering at Pennsylvania State University. Shawn and his family reside in the Chicagoland area.
