HARRISBURG, Pa.— Fourth-generation, family-owned Schaedler Yesco Distribution, Inc., has announced a new addition to its team.
On July 8, Vince Liberto joined the team as Vice President of Business Operations. The responsibilities of this role include process management, business operations, and training & development with the goals of refining quality and continuous improvement efforts, streamlining processes, improving workflow efficiency, and enhancing overall customer experience via a skilled workforce of employee-owners.

Liberto has worked in the electrical distribution industry for over 28 years and has held various roles in sales and operations leadership. In his previous position, he was responsible for strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, drive growth and profitability, and create value for customers. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
