WILMINGTON, Del. — United Electric Supply has been recognized as a 2024 Top Workplace by The News Journal. They are a multi-year recipient of this award from the News Journal and by The Philadelphia Inquirer and Baltimore Sun as a Top Workplace in previous years.
The recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.
“Our culture and employee-engagement are priorities for our leadership team,” said Lindsey Cropper, Vice President of Human Resources, United Electric Supply. “It’s very important for our employee-owners to feel connected to the organization and provide opportunities for their voices to be heard and know there is follow-through on their feedback.”
“It is rewarding to receive this positive feedback and to know our employee-owners continue to value our culture which includes our life-long learning programs,” said George Vorwick, President & CEO United Electric Supply. “We continue to create opportunities within our ESOP to leverage everyone’s talents and build wealth for themselves and their families.”
