tED magazine is continuing its series of DistributED with tED magazine podcasts where we meet the 2024 “30 Under 35” award winners. Scott King, Directors of Talent Acquisition and Learning for Rexel, and Antonio Jurisic, Data and Business Manager at Schneider Electric, visited the DistributED with tED magazine podcast to talk about how they started their careers in electrical distribution, and their reaction after attending the recent NAED LEAD Conference.
King also discussed how he is working to find new talent to enter our supply chain, and the importance of training to retain current employees. Jurisic discussed the evolution of data and analytics over the past few years, and how he sees the future of our industry through data.
