Dirk Beveridge Presents ‘The Fully Alive Fresh Start’

BARRINGTON, IL — The FAM (The Fully Alive Movement) announces The Fully Alive Fresh Start, a live virtual experience scheduled for January 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. The 2-3 hour guided session offers individuals a rare opportunity to begin the new year with clarity, intention, and protected time for themselves.

Unlike traditional New Year’s events focused on resolutions and pressure, The Fully Alive Fresh Start creates space for participants to reconnect with themselves after months of giving everything to everyone else. The experience addresses what over 70% of American workers identify as their greatest need: time to reset.

“We’ve been listening closely to our growing FAM community,” says Dirk Beveridge, Co-founder of The FAM and guide for the experience. “They’re crossing the threshold from a life that’s fine on the surface to an inner pull for something more. They feel out of alignment, tired of drifting, carrying too much, and worried they’re missing what matters. This experience meets them exactly where they are.”

A Four-Stage Journey from Overwhelm to Clarity
The Fully Alive Fresh Start guides participants through a four-stage process designed to shift from awareness to action without adding to their already full plates. The stages include Awaken, where participants identify what’s asking for their attention; Activate, where they release one thing holding them back; Align, where they reconnect with who they want to become; and Amplify, where they establish a sustainable practice to carry forward.

The experience incorporates The FAM’s proprietary Fully Alive Model, walking participants through guided reflection, clarity work, and identity alignment. Participants engage in both individual reflection and breakout conversations with others on similar journeys.

“This isn’t about motivation or hype,” Beveridge explains. “When someone logs in at 10 AM CT, we slow everything down and acknowledge the significance of their choice. We start by grounding everyone and saying, in essence, ‘Your presence here already matters. You’ve already taken the first step.’ It sets the tone for the entire experience.”

Community as the Bridge to Lasting Change
The experience creates connection alongside clarity. Participants hear others name the same fears, hopes, and desires to become more than they’ve been. That shared vulnerability creates momentum and accountability that extends beyond January 1st.

Recent FAM community members have reported significant shifts. One participant shared, “I have never seen myself the way that I see myself through this group. I see possibilities and potential.” Another noted, “These meet-ups lift my spirit and are helping me with the confidence to live my life the way I want.”

The Fully Alive Fresh Start serves as a doorway into The FAM’s ongoing community, where participants can continue their journey with rhythms, conversations, tools, and real human connection designed for the long arc of transformation.

Designed for Those Ready to Save a Piece for Themselves
The experience specifically addresses the needs of individuals who have split themselves into a thousand pieces for their families, teams, and communities. These individuals often feel stalled yet capable of more, exhausted from carrying too much alone, or worried they’re missing what matters most.

“Alignment becomes possible only after release,” says Beveridge. “Once people acknowledge and set down what has been weighing on them, space opens up. They can finally hear what is theirs. We guide participants from ‘This no longer belongs with me’ into ‘This is the person I’m choosing to become.'”
