BLAIRSVILLE, Ga. — As electronic and industrial markets expand, the need for U.S.-manufactured wire and cable has grown. To meet customer demand, Advanced Digital Cable (ADC) has added two seasoned industry experts to its electronics and Industrial teams.

Russ Dawkins will serve as ADC’s Vice President of Sales – Industrial. With 30 years of experience in the wire and cable industry, Dawkins brings his deep understanding of industrial applications and customer requirements to the role. As ADC increases its industrial market presence, Dawkins will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the solutions they need with the support they deserve.

Dan Hastings will serve as ADC’s Director of Sales – Electronics and is responsible for driving growth across the company’s Electronics wire and cable product segment. Hastings plans to leverage his extensive industry knowledge and influence into developing new relationships with key distributor partners nationwide. His experience and customer-focused approach will play a crucial role in ADC’s presence in the Electronics market while continuing to deliver the quality and responsiveness customers expect.

“These appointments reflect our continued investment in our people and our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. Both Russ and Dan bring extensive industry experience and strong relationships that will be invaluable to our continued growth,” said Wade Most, Chief Sales Officer.

Since the strategic partnership with Kinderhook in October 2025, growth and investment have accelerated to meet customer demand and serve the electronic and industrial markets with speed, reliability, and quality. The addition of Dawkins and Hastings not only enhances ADC’s commitment to previous partnerships but also supports larger projects and creates better customer touchpoints.

“Their expertise will further strengthen our organization and help ensure we remain customer-focused, responsive, and committed to delivering the quality and service our customers expect from ADC as we continue to grow,” said Most.
