Three City Electric Branches Celebrate 25th Anniversaries

DALLAS — City Electric Supply (CES) Denver South and CES Denver Central in Colorado, along with CES Beaufort in South Carolina, recently hosted their 25th anniversary celebrations. The events brought together CES team members, vendor partners, customers, and community members to mark more than two decades of business.

“City Electric Supply has been in the U.S. since 1983, but the branches out West are relatively young. CES Denver Central and CES Denver South are the first two branches out West to celebrate this amazing milestone!” said David Hoyle, vice president of operations. “It was great to see all the support at these two events. I look forward to more branch milestone celebrations in the coming years.”

District Manager Randall Birely says the great turnout reflects the strong relationships and culture that have shaped both branches.

“This is what CES is all about: building strong relationships in our local markets with our customers, reps, and vendor partners,” said Birely. “Congratulations to everyone who has contributed to 25 years of success!”

While some of those relationships date back to the branch’s opening, CES Denver South Branch Manager Matthew Bradley says it’s the customer service that keeps them coming back.

“Some of our customers have been here since the beginning,” said Bradley. “I once had a customer tell me the reason they shop here exclusively is not due to pricing at all. It’s the fact that I will send a driver or personally go pick up an item for an order if we do not have it at our shop. Going above and beyond is what we pride ourselves on.”

That same support and customer service have been a key part of CES Denver Central’s 25-year milestone as well.

“We had incredible support from our vendors, customers, and all the upper management that showed up to support our 25th year,” said CES Denver Central Branch Manager Andrew Rivera. “Thank you for showing up to support our achievement, and we can’t wait to see what the next 25 years brings.”

For CES Beaufort’s Branch Manager Shane Goude, the branch’s 25th anniversary also marked an important milestone for fundraising and philanthropy. During the event, CES Beaufort raised money for Make-A-Wish® to support children with critical illness through the company’s social impact division, CES Cares.

“It was a very successful event,” said Goude. “We had a strong turnout, everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and we raised hundreds of dollars for the local chapter of Make-A-Wish® in just a few hours.”

These 25-year milestones join more than 150 CES branches that have each surpassed 25 years of service, reinforcing CES’s commitment to building strong, lasting relationships in the communities we serve.
