ROSELLE, Ill. – Electri-Flex Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Denise Butler to Director of Customer Operations. Butler has been with Electri-Flex for 12 years and most recently served as Distribution Manager.
In her new role, she will lead Electri-Flex’s customer operations strategy, overseeing Customer Service, Transportation, Distribution Center Operations, and initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Throughout her tenure with Electri-Flex, Denise has led numerous operational improvements and played a key role in enhancing customer service and distribution performance. Most notably, she successfully directed the transition of the company’s distribution center operations while maintaining uninterrupted service to customers and supporting significant growth in order volume and freight activity.
Butler has also been an active member of the company’s leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts across the organization. Her leadership during multiple supply chain challenges helped ensure continuity of service and operational excellence for Electri-Flex customers and distribution partners.
With over 30 years of experience in the electrical and electronics industries, Denise has built a career focused on customer service, supply chain operations, logistics, and process improvement. Her leadership and commitment to operational excellence have played an important role in Electri-Flex’s continued success.
