FARGO, N.D. — Dave Clem has been named Border States’ Senior VicePresident, Construction Core Market.
Clem has more than 40 years’ experience in the electrical distribution industry, which includes 29 years at Dominion Electric Supply — acquired by Border States in 2024 — where he played a pivotal role in sales leadership and customer development. He has also held leadership roles in outside sales, commercial lighting and switchgear, as well as been instrumental in leading the Dominion sales organization through its transition to becoming part of Border States.
