SANTA CLARA, Calif. – On July 5th Buckles-Smith was awarded the electrical materials contract for the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF). While Buckles-Smith has worked with the Water/Waste Water division in the past, the three year contract will cover locations such as libraries, the airport, transportation, fire and police, parks and recreation and other municipalities within San Francisco. A full Buckles-Smith team consisting of sales, marketing and operations has been put in place to support CCSF's electrical needs.
Jim Carlson, Maintenance Planner at SFPUC, commented “I want to congratulate Buckles-Smith on the city wide blanket contract for the electrical groups. I have been working with Buckles-Smith for many years and their employees are very resourceful in supporting our needs. We look forward to their enthusiasm and hard work in supporting this contract.”
In an effort to better serve the City and County of San Francisco, Buckles-Smith will be relocating the Palo Alto branch closer to San Francisco proper.
