CED, Hamilton Quality Electric collect more than 1,000 lbs. of food for charity

As reported earlier on tedmag.com, in Hamilton, Mont., a combined holiday help-the-Haven-House food bank drive involved Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) and Hamilton Quality Electric (HQE).

CED collected the food and money; the request was for donations of turkeys, hams or cash. HQE donated sapphires, one to be given to each donor.

The final donation amount was $1,215 and 1,007 pounds of food (63 turkeys and 17 hams) collected for the Haven House.
