ST. LOUIS — Graybar reported record net sales for the second quarter.
Following record net sales in the first quarter of the year, Graybar achieved a second quarter net sales record of $1.6 billion, a 3.9 percent increase compared to the same period last year. Net income for the quarter was $25.6 million, up 2.2 percent from the same period in 2015.
For the first six months of the year, the company reported net sales of $3.1 billion, a 4.5 percent increase compared to the same period last year. Net income for the first six months of the year increased 8.3 percent to $40.7 million.
