This month, United Electric Supply Company acquired Ealer Electric.
Ealer’s Easton, Pa. facility is now United Electric’s 16th location in the five-state region.
According to a company news release, the acquisition demonstrates the United Electric’s commitment to servicing the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania by integrating the company’s vast capabilities with the talent of the existing sales force.
United Electric is a 100% employee-owned company headquartered in New Castle, Del. with 16 branch locations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and northern Virginia. The company is a $180 million operation with more than 300 employees.
