Kevin Sutherland, former Business Development Manager, EMD, and with 3M since 1985, retired effective June 1st.
Here are a few thoughts from him:
Many of you are aware I plan on retiring June 1st and my last day is tomorrow. I don’t believe you ever retire from life, so on it goes. Before leaving, I want to thank all of you for being supportive of 3M and myself personally. All of you have shown me so much respect and professionalism. I’ve learned so much in these years. I’ve been in the industry for 37 years and it has provided a great life style for myself and my family.
It’s hard to believe that it was only in 1978 I was ‘begging’ Mike Barker of Springfield Electric to go with the latest Tape promotion. 🙂
We will be hanging around Austin, Texas, and if anyone makes it down this way, please look me up.
