Omni Cable Hires Ashley Eckard as Human Resources Director

WEST CHESTER, Pa.— Omni Cable, headquartered in West Chester, Pa., announces the hire of Ashley Eckard as Human Resources Director.

In this role, Eckard oversees Omni Cable’s human resources functions and employee development and training. “I am thrilled to join the Omni Cable team and look forward to further developing the Human Resources Department,” said Eckard. “I feel fortunate to be joining such a respected company that prides itself on being an employer and distributor of choice,” she added.

Eckard brings with her a diverse human resources background. Prior to Omni Cable, she served as the Director of Human Resources at Synchrony Group in West Chester, Pa. “I am confident that Ashley’s experience and proven track record of success overseeing human resources initiatives will empower Omni Cable’s employee-owners as well as attract and retain top talent,” said Steve Glinski, Omni Cable CFO. “We have no doubt she will support the growth of Omni Cable and our ESOP,” he added.

Eckard earned her BA in international business communications and political relations from Lake Erie College, Ohio, and has an MS in organizational leadership from Neumann University, Pa.
