HARVEY, Ill. — Atkore International Inc. recently announced that it has acquired Flexicon Limited, a leading global manufacturer of metallic and non-metallic flexible cable protection systems that carry many international and market product approvals and serves the industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors in more than 55 countries.
