Barron Lighting Adds New Team Members

PHOENIX, Arizona — Barron Lighting Group continues its successful growth not only with a new facility, but with the addition of two new key people. Bob Bishop, Vice President of Sales, will oversee the strategic direction of Barron’s sales functions including the management of their Regional Vice Presidents, inside sales personnel, and customer service staff.

Bob Bishop

Bishop joins Barron after successfully managing regional sales efforts with Hubbell Lighting and GE Lighting Solutions. Prior to this, Bishop served as Vice President of Sales for the RCA TV business where he directed all sales, marketing, and distribution strategies.  He has also held key management positions in national account sales, brand management, product marketing and finance.  “Bob brings a strong background in sales management and leadership, and an exemplary record of achieving revenue objectives.  His industry knowledge and business acumen will enable him to effectively support and grow the sales efforts for Barron,” remarked Alan Tracy, President of Barron Lighting Group.

Paul Burch

Paul Burch joins Barron in the newly created position of Midwest Regional Vice President after 21 years of successful sales management with various manufacturers in the lighting industry. Most recently, Burch held the position of Business Development Manager for Solatube International. “He is a seasoned, results-oriented sales professional with a proven record of success in sales/management, business development, channel evolution, and national accounts within the electrical and daylighting markets,” added Tracy.

Burch shared that he enjoys expanding markets and profitability by moving “out of the box” to achieve company and personal goals. His history of building relationships across platforms – agents, architects, engineers, government and municipal agencies, distribution, retail, and end-users, large and small – will enable him to effectively support and grow the sales efforts at Barron Lighting Group.
