Ismael Carbajal has been named branch manager for Border States Electric’s (BSE’s) Brownsville, Texas, location.
Carbajal joined BSE in February 2010 as a utility customer service representative in the company’s Amarillo, Texas, branch. He was named branch operations supervisor for the Brownsville location in April 2011. Before joining Border States, he worked for Texas Electric Cooperatives in Lubbock, Texas, for five years where he was a warehouse associate, warehouse manager and customer service representative.
BSE supplies products and services to the construction, industrial and utility industries. The 100 percent employee-owned company is the eighth largest electrical distributor in the U.S. with nearly 1,500 employees and 56 branches in 13 states. Corporate headquarters are located in Fargo, N.D
