FARGO, N.D. — Border States Electric hired Mike Busch as vice president of human resources.
Busch gained his human resources experience with Whirlpool Corporation and Eaton Corporation. Most recently, Busch was with HR Value Partners, working with small to midsize businesses on recruiting and talent management challenges.
“Mike is a proven leader with significant experience in building and coaching teams, talent acquisition, employee engagement and employee development.” said Tammy Miller, BSE CEO.
Busch will lead BSE’s human resources team to support growth and drive continuous improvement. He has also been appointed to the company’s Executive Council.
“When I learned about the opportunity to work with a 100 percent employee-owned company, it really appealed to the entrepreneur in me,” said Busch. “I knew it would be a place where I could use my skills to contribute and be a part of a special company.”
Busch, his wife and their four children live in West Fargo.
