EL PASO, Texas — Border States Electric (BSE) named Cedrick Phillips as the Branch Manager of the El Paso location. Phillips was hired as a management trainee in April 2012, shortly after graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in communications.
After graduating from the management trainee program, Phillips transferred to BSE’s Nashville branch as the warehouse supervisor. He assumed the role of Operations Supervisor in El Paso in May 2015.
