Border States Electric has named Jason Stein executive vice president.
Stein joined BSE in May 1995 as a management trainee. He has worked in various positions including product manager, automation account manager, northwest region industrial sales manager and director of sales. In April 2010, he was named vice president sales and was appointed to the company’s executive council. Most recently he was the vice president northwest region. In addition, he will join the company’s senior leadership team.
Stein is a member of the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) and the United Way of Cass-Clay’s campaign cabinet. He led the company’s initiative to support Red Cross’ need for increased capacity to serve Western North Dakota.
He, and his wife, Tammie, live in Moorhead, Minn., with their two sons.
