STRATFORD, Conn. – Bridgeport Fittings has appointed Chris DeCesare to the position of Engineering Manager, responsible for the development and design of Bridgeport’s new products, product maintenance, and manufacturing support. DeCesare’s previous position at the Stratford manufacturer was Marketing Manager.
“In his new position, Chris will head the Bridgeport new product development and engineering design division that continues to enhance our product innovation and overall brand equity,” noted Rick Taylor, Bridgeport’s Vice President of Marketing.
A graduate from the University of Connecticut in 2007 with a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, DeCesare began work at Bridgeport in 2010 as a Product Engineer and was later promoted to Product Manager in 2012 and to Marketing Manager in 2017.
