Cal Ripken, Jr., known as Major League Baseball’s “Iron Man” for his consecutive games played streak, will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming NAED Eastern Region Conference, which is scheduled for February 17-19, 2025 in Tampa, Florida.
Ripken will hold a fireside chat on Tuesday, February 18th to share how the skills that defined his remarkable career—leadership, loyalty, patience, and perseverance—can drive success far beyond the baseball field.

Ripken played his entire 21-year career with the Baltimore Orioles, finishing with 3,184 hits and 431 home runs. He’s a 19-time All-Star, earned two Gold Glove Awards, and was the American League Most Valuable Player twice. He earned the nickname “Iron Man” after playing in 2,632 consecutive games, a record that may never be broken.
