Houston, TX – After leading Enduro Composites for over 20 years and transforming the company from a local producer of cable tray to an international designer and manufacturer of nonmetallic solutions, Walter Greig has announced his retirement as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Greig will remain on the board of directors where he will continue to make significant contributions to the strategic direction of the company.
As part of the transition, Enduro’s Board of Directors is pleased to appoint Tim Broussard as the new CEO. Tim has served the company as Chief Financial Officer for over five years, where he has been a key figure in Enduro’s domestic and international growth. Prior to Enduro, Tim has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at several global, multi--plant manufacturing businesses.
Frank Hevrdejs, Chairman of Enduro said, “Tim is uniquely qualified to lead Enduro as our business becomes more international. He has done an excellent job as our CFO and his overall business experience and leadership skills will be a valuable asset to our growing company and the markets we serve.”
