City Electric Supply Opens Englewood, CO Location

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — City Electric Supply (CES) is thrilled to announce it has opened the doors to its newest Colorado location in Englewood. This location will be the company’s fourth branch in Denver. Englewood will serve a market need for new and existing customers, located less than 15 minutes away from other CES branches in the area.

“This branch will hover at the border of Englewood and Denver. This is our fourth location in the Denver area, and we want to continue to pack locations here,” said District Manager Randy Birely. “We want a dense network for existing customers, and we’re excited to introduce ourselves to new business here as well.”

“Englewood is closest to the Denver Central location, and we are close to CES Stapleton and  Commerce City,” said CES Englewood Branch Manager Josh Pickle. “We are excited to help serve our CES customers in such a great location.”

CES Englewood sits on the Santa Fe corridor, the biggest and oldest industrial district in Denver. The team found the empty building, installed racking, and spent three months renovating the location to fit all its needs. The store is larger than 13,000 square feet and will also be the home to the projects department.

“The location already had a counter and a couple of office spaces. We added a couple of extra offices for our project department team members so that department will be located at CES Englewood,” said Randy. “I showed Josh the empty building, and I could see ideas already start to turn about what he wanted to do with the renovations. This team was excited to come in and make it their own, and you could tell.”

Josh has close to 10 years of experience in the electrical industry. Moving to Denver for his fiancée’s job, Josh connected with the company a week after moving to the city. He worked in outside sales at CES Stapleton before coming to Englewood. Outside Sales Rep. Wess Hamon has 30 years of experience working in the field as an electrician, with additional sales experience in other markets.

“I’ve done just about everything in electrical distribution. I started as a driver, worked in the warehouse, counters sales, quotations, you name it,” said Josh. “I’m excited to bring my skills here to Englewood and help CES customers to the best of my ability.”

Recently, the branch celebrated its grand opening with community members, customers, and vendors. CES Englewood looks forward to serving the community.
