Cooper Electric Fights Dirty Against Childhood Cancer

MONROE, N.J. – For the third year in a row, Cooper Electric associates participated in its 5K Warrior Dash Obstacle event in the Poconos (Pennsylvania), to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital charity. Warrior Dash participants conquered 12 world-class obstacles, including bounding over fire and trudging through mud over a 5K distance.

Cooper’s team and the Warrior Dash Pennsylvania group contributed $50,000 to the $11.4M raised to date for St. Jude’s
Children’s Research Hospital.

“We are so proud of our associates for now three years in a row taking the time to participate in this
worthwhile cause and giving back to the community. The Warrior Dash participants from our organization
really represent what Cooper Friedman is at our core – a team and a family,” said Tom Brady, Sr. Vice
President of Sales at Cooper Electric.

The Warrior Dash is the world’s largest obstacle race series and is held on more than 30 challenging and
rugged terrains across the world. Cooper Electric looks forward to continuing to give back to local
communities and offering memorable events for both new and returning associates from the organization.
