EAST DUBUQUE, Ill. — Crescent Electric Supply Company has announced the appointment of John Hammer to the position of Vice President of Marketing. In his new role, Hammer will own responsibility for traditional marketing activities combined with vendor management and product category strategies.
Hammer is an accomplished, well-rounded marketing executive with passion and experience in product marketing, program execution, new product launch, and digital marketing. He possesses a unique blend of experiences in both manufacturing with Dupont, Dow Chemical, and Owens Corning in senior marketing roles, as well as his experience with Univar, a large industrial chemical and product distributor.

As an accomplished and experienced leader, Hammer will deliver a sustained sales and an earnings growth effort, while improving Crescent’s competitive performance. Hammer graduated from Binghamton University and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Johnson & Wales University.
