DALLAS — Congratulations to the 15th Annual Showroom of the Year winners who were presented with their awards on Wednesday, June 19, the opening day of Lightovation. A collaborative program organized by Furniture, Lighting & Decor magazine and Lightovation host Dallas Market Center, the awards honor lighting retailers from throughout North America, with one Showroom of the Year winner in each of three dollar-volume categories, along with three specialty awards.
“This year’s entrants and finalists upped their games by focusing on the customer experience,” said Diane Falvey, Editor-in-Chief of Furniture, Lighting & Decor. “The winners of the 2024 Showroom of the Year Awards took their retailing game to the next level — reinvigorating merchandising, focusing on experience and simply connecting to their customers and communities to make big strides in lighting retail. Congratulations!”
From entries and nominations received from December 2023 through March 2024, the winners were chosen from finalists in each dollar-volume category: Revenue Under $2 Million, Revenue $2 Million to $5 Million, and Revenue $5 Million and Over. All Showroom of the Year finalists were also eligible for three specialty awards: Outstanding Merchandising Display, Exceptional Community Involvement and Social Media Star.

Winners of the 15th Annual Showroom of the Year Awards are:
- Revenue Under $2 Million: Tidewater Lighting & Design, Madison, CT
- Revenue $2 Million to $5 Million: Bright Ideas, Albuquerque, NM
- Revenue $5 Million and Over: Dominion Lighting, Chantilly, VA
- Outstanding Merchandising Display: Lightology, Chicago, IL
- Exceptional Community Involvement: Imagine More, Windsor, CO
- Social Media Star: KIE Supply Creative Lighting, Kennewick, WA
Judging this year’s competition is an esteemed panel of industry professionals: Jeffrey Dross, Principal of Lighting by Jeffrey; John McClain, Associate ASID, NKBA, Creative Director/CEO of John McClain Design; and Crystal Vilkaitis, CEO of Crystal Media.

Nominations and entries for the 2025 Showroom of the Year Awards, which are open to all independent lighting retailers in North America and can be submitted by anyone in the industry, will be accepted starting in December 2024.
