For this cohort of the NAED Leadership Development Program, we are following two people who are taking the course.
Back in March, the group of people in the course had its first in-person meeting at the NAED home office in St. Louis. Becky Starkey, Director of Marketing for United Electric Supply, and Janelle Blazejewski, Marketing Manager for Electri-Flex, joined the “Distributed with tED magazine” podcast to talk about the first stages of the program.
Now they are returning to provide an update. They talked about how they have noticed their personal leadership growth already, what they are planning as a capstone project for their companies, and the opportunity for the next in-person meeting at the NAED LEAD Conference.
In fact, one of the core-competencies from the Leadership Development Program will be a part of the NAED LEAD Conference, so this is an opportunity as a future leader to attend the event, learn new leadership skills, and find out about the next Leadership Development Program cohort.
