DistributED: Change Management

If change is constant, then you don’t need a reminder that constant still hasn’t stopped.

But, you still have to manage change, whether you have multiple people who report to you, or you report to multiple people. How is it introduced, implemented, and measured? Should you worry about too much change. And what can you do about co-workers who are not willing to accept change?
