We are all recognizing that now, more than ever, there is a need for new leadership.
With “The Great Resignation” continuing as the Baby Boomer generation ends their work careers, we are seeing new, young leaders beginning to emerge. But, there are new leadership skills necessary for success, and those skills can be acquired by doing more than just mentoring programs.
NAED has teamed with Dale Carnegie to create the Leadership Development Program, an intensified experience that is created specifically for our supply chain. Elizabeth Haberberger, the President of Dale Carnegie St. Louis, was a keynote speaker at the recent NAED LEAD Conference. After her time on the stage, she joined the DistributED with tED magazine podcast to talk about the best practices that are needed to shape leadership for the future.
The NAED Leadership Development Program will begin its next cohort in early 2025.
