DistributED Podcast: NAED’s Leadership Development Program

The NAED Leadership Development Program recently wrapped up its first class, with 35 people graduating from the program. The follow-up survey found nearly every participant enjoyed program, despite the need to turn the entire program into a virtual experience because of COVID-19.

Also, nearly every participant said their workplace is better because they went through the Learning Development Program

Instead of telling you about how great the program is, we invited recent graduate Blaire Barlow, Director of Marketing for Wholesale Electric Supply, to explain how the entire program operates from the first day through graduation, how it helped her leadership skills, and how the program made a number of projects at Wholesale Electric Supply much better.
