DistributED: The David White Exit Interview, Part 1

Effective March 31, 2024, David White has retired as CEO of Border States.

Before leaving, he sat down for a one-hour “exit interview” with the DistributED with tED magazine podcast.

In part 1, White discusses the early days of his career in electrical distribution, his decision to move from manufacturing to distribution, the roles his family played in his career, and growing Shealy Electric’s business before deciding to merge with Border States.
