SIDNEY, Ohio – FDL Automation & Supply Company, an electrical distributor serving west central Ohio, was recently recognized as a 2013 Top Channel Partner award winner by The Dayton Power and Light Company. FDL was one of the top six companies honored for their outstanding commitment and participation in the Channel Partner program, which offers rebates to businesses that purchase energy-efficient products.
The DP&L Channel Partner program offers cash back rebates to customers that upgrade or install new energy-efficient lighting, HVAC systems, motors, drives and compressed air systems. There are also opportunities to combine rebates with federal and state incentives. Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis; but, can be reserved in advance and made available once equipment has been installed. FDL Automation & Supply is one of 59 Channel Partners in DP&L’s 24-county service area in the Miami Valley.
Over $4 million in rebates was distributed in 2013, and DP&L has announced that $7 million has been budgeted for 2014 to assist customers in purchasing new equipment that reduces energy consumption and demand. FDL Automation & Supply customers received over $148,000 in rebates in 2013 for their installation and utilization of energy-saving lighting and variable frequency drives.
