Last month, CapitalTristate Electrical Distributor held its annual sales meeting. More than 200 employees, including all of the company’s inside and outside sales personnel, came together for the meeting at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center in Alexandria, Va.
During the meeting, the company was able to fit in 15 hours’ worth of training, break-out sessions with manufacturers and a Karrass negotiation seminar.
The event also included an awards dinner featuring former Washington Redskin John Riggins as the guest speaker.

The company said this year’s annual sales meeting marked the kick-off of CapitalTristate’s “Win Big in 2012” initiative.
