Jean-Charles Pauze, who only recently stepped down as CEO at Rexel SA, has been named chairman of the board of Europcar, said to be “the leader in car rental services in Europe.”
Europcar has a presence in 150 countries, 6,500 employees, a fleet of nearly 200,000 vehicles and had nearly $4 billion in 2010 revenue.
The car rental company is owned by Eurazeo, the French investment company that is one of the three controlling shareholders of Rexel SA.
