EXETER, Penn. — Friedman Electric held its annual charity golf tournament, “Drive for a Cure,” at Blue Ridge Trail in Mountaintop, Pennsylvania. Over 200 guests, including employees, customers and vendors, attended the event in support of the ALS Association. All proceeds from the event went to the non-profit organization to fund research and treatments to cure ALS.
The tournament began at noon and concluded in the evening with an awards ceremony for the winners, as well as a silent auction to raise funds for the ALS Association. Other events took place throughout the day such as raffles, a putting challenge, and a final drawing to win a trip to the Atlantis resort.
