Norcross, GA—Halco Lighting Technologies is pleased
to announce that Lisa Johnson is joining the sales organization in the
newly created role of Sales Operations Manager effective September 9,
2014. She previously served as Halco’s Operations Manager since 2012.

Manager,” said Ed Weaver, Vice President of Sales. “Her history and
experience with Halco makes her a huge asset to this side of the
business. Her extensive knowledge of the company’s operations and
information systems will bring tremendous value to the sales
organization.”
Johnson joined Halco in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant, becoming
involved with all areas of the company with a focus in Purchasing. In
2002, she was promoted to Manager, Purchasing/Inventory Control where
she was responsible for purchasing, inventory control as well as
warehouse operations. In 2007, she she was promoted to IT Manager and in
2012 became the Operations Manager overseeing IT, Purchasing and
Facilities.
Reporting to Ed Weaver, Vice President of Sales, Johnson will be
refining sales processes, driving technology initiatives to improve
reporting and sales performance monitoring for the sales organization as
well as reviewing the agent on-boarding process. As part of her role as
Sales Operations Manager, the Atlanta and Phoenix customer service
teams will report directly to her.
