The electrical distribution industry’s first diversity, inclusion, and equity group has created two new webinars before the end of 2022.
iBelongHere will continue the Voices webinar series by covering the topic of Invisible Disabilities. The event is scheduled for Friday, November 18th from 10am-11am Central time. It will feature individuals from diverse backgrounds sharing their experiences and advice for transforming cultures and promoting opportunities for all. The group has also announced it will host a second webinar on December 15th as a DEI keynote speaker event with author and activist Michael Fosberg.
iBelongHere formed in 2020 with a mission to influence the mindsets and actions of people to value differences to create stronger, more inclusive workplace environments and communities. The group uses strategic initiatives and partnerships across the industry in an effort to create and sustain an open culture of unity that understands the core values of diversity, equity and inclusion.
