MILWAUKEE, Wis. – IEWC is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Snowden as IEWC’s Business Unit Director for the north region within the OEM North American division. Snowden is a dynamic leader who brings the right mix of capabilities and passion to the role.
In 1991, Snowden enlisted in the Army as a Satellite Communications Specialist and soon earned a commission as a Field Artillery Officer. Following 10 years of service and earning numerous awards, Snowden resigned his commission in Fort Riley, Kansas and relocated to Orlando, Florida. Shortly thereafter, he began his corporate career in 2001 as a Regional Sales Manager.
Most recently, Snowden worked for Generac Power Systems where he served as Senior Director of Wholesale Channels. His responsibilities included directing the North American electrical and HVAC distribution network and development operations.
Snowden is a graduate of Upper Iowa University, with a B.S. in social science. He currently resides in Waukesha with his wife and children.
