INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana — On June 6, 2021, the IndyStar named Kirby Risk as one of the 2021 Top Workplaces. The award recognizes companies with a culture and passion for their employees. Kirby Risk also received this award in 2020.
“It’s an honor to be on this list, sharing space with so many other outstanding companies,” said John Eggleton, CEO of Kirby Risk Electrical Supplies, “and I credit our employees with making Kirby Risk great.”
Kirby Risk was slated as #9 in the large companies’ division. Jim Risk, owner of Kirby Risk, and the Kirby Risk leadership team also won the Leadership Award.
“It really speaks volumes about the company, being recognized as a Top Workplace two years in a row,” said Kyle Krizan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This reaffirms the Kirby Risk team’s effort and hard work.”
Kirby Risk is extremely grateful for the recognition of being selected to receive this prestigious award.
The award is based solely on the feedback Kirby Risk employees offered through the employee survey, which was administered a few months ago. More than 329 Kirby Risk employees participated. Only 89 companies made this year’s edition of IndyStar’s Top Workplace list.
Top Workplaces contest has been in place for 14 years. This contest is hosted by Energage, a survey company focused on helping companies keep tabs on the culture, retain employees, and determine where the company could improve employee relations.
