Burnaby BC — Lite-scape is pleased to welcome Rick Kraft as the Assistant Manager for the Burnaby branch. Kraft has over 9 years of experience in the lighting and electrical industry. He possesses an abundant wealth of knowledge and expertise of the evolving technology, products and trends. Prior to joining Lite-scape, he worked for Gescan as an inside sales representative and has held various other positions within their organization.
As Lite-scape Burnaby’s new assistant manager, Kraft will be responsible in supporting and growing branch opportunities, expanding the sales team, and providing customer support throughout the Greater Vancouver Area. He will be working with customers, vendors, and fellow employees in a collaborative effort to maximize a high level of consistent customer service. As with all Lite-scape employees Kraft has begun to participate in the NAED training offered through Lite-scape and is registered in the Branch Management University Course.
