MaxLite has named Pat Treadway to vice president of product marketing and engineering and Ken Charton to product marketing manager.
Treadway will report to Thomas Rhee, executive vice president, and Charton will report to Treadway.
“Pat and Ken have played a vital role in MaxLite’s product line expansions, and have been instrumental in helping us enter new markets,” Rhee said. “Aligned with our strong product agenda, our product marketing team has successfully introduced many innovative LED products last year and into 2013.”
In his new role, Treadway will be responsible for overall product strategic planning, brand positioning, product category expansion, supply chain development and the development of new emerging technologies. He will also oversee product engineering and application engineering support. Prior to his promotion, Treadway served as MaxLite’s director of product marketing in 2012.
Charton will be responsible for the design and launch of new CFL and LED lamps, CFL fixtures, and LED downlight and undercabinet lighting. He will oversee UL listings and ENERGY STAR® certifications for product marketing.
